On Tuesday, March 9, 2010 I joined a group of 10+ Cecil Countians in a well organized march on Washington, DC to protest the health insurance lobbyists. There were thousands from around the country who met and surrounded the Ritz Carlton hotel in downtown Washington, DC to protest the insurance lobbyists plans to spend over $1,000,000 (one million dollars) on new advertising to defend rate hikes on health insurance premiums.
